The Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council is pleased to announce that representatives from the Center of Excellence for Matrimonial Real Property (COEMRP) will be in Nanaimo, BC, February 11^th and 12^th to conduct their excellent two-day MRP Tool-Kit Training Workshop.

Topics will include: the need for Matrimonial Real Property (MRP) law, a model process for MRP law-making, ratifying your MRP law and understanding the Federal Provisional Rules.

Electronic copies of the COEMRP Tool-Kit and Resources that will be covered in workshop can be downloaded here. Participants will also receive a comprehensive MRP Tool-Kit binder.

Who should attend?
This workshop will be directly relevant to First Nation Leadership and Governance, Land and Housing Managers.

Travel and accommodation expenses for up to two (2) representatives from each NmTC member Nation will be reimbursed.
